Booking & Payment

• All tours must be booked in advance through our official website or authorized partners.

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.

• You will receive a confirmation email upon successful booking. If you do not receive one, please contact us.

Tour Participation

• Participants are responsible for arriving at the designated meeting point on time. Late arrivals may result in missed tours without the possibility of a refund.

• Our tours run in most weather conditions. Please dress appropriately for the season and wear comfortable walking shoes.

Personal Responsibility & Liability

• By participating in a tour, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk.

• Hidden Helsinki, its owner(s), and tour guides are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, illnesses, theft, or loss of personal property that may occur during the tour.

• You are responsible for your own safety and belongings throughout the experience.

Changes & Cancellations by Hidden Helsinki

• Hidden Helsinki reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a tour due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions or insufficient participation.

• In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or an alternative date.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations by the Customer

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour will receive a full refund.

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour or for no-shows.

Refund Processing

• Refunds will be processed via the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
